Payments & Billing

EstateMate provides a secure and transparent way to handle all property-related payments.

Viewing your Bills

In the Billing section, you can see a breakdown of:

• Outstanding balances
• Upcoming service charges
• Rent due dates
• Utility usage (if managed by the estate)

Making a Payment

We use Pesapal to ensure your transactions are safe and reliable.

1. Select the bill(s) you wish to pay.
2. Click Pay Now.
3. Choose your preferred payment method:
   • M-Pesa / Mobile Money
   • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
   • Bank Transfer
4. Complete the transaction on the secure Pesapal portal.

Payment History

All your past payments are recorded in the History tab. You can download official receipts for your records at any time.

Automatic Reminders

To help you avoid late fees, EstateMate can send you reminders a few days before a bill is due. You can manage these in your Notification Settings.
