Payments & Billing

Property subscription billing is handled via IntaSend. Estatemate shows plan status and payment history; checkout and payment method updates redirect to IntaSend's hosted flow.

For property managers (web)

1. Open Billing on your property workspace
2. View current plan, trial status, and usage vs limits
3. Use Pay now or Update payment method to open IntaSend checkout
4. Download receipts from payment history (synced from webhooks)

For residents

Resident rent/utility payments are out of scope for v1. This section will be updated when resident billing is added.
