Inviting Guests

The visitation system is one of EstateMate's most powerful features, allowing you to manage who enters your property with ease and security.

Creating an Invite

1. Open the Visitations tab in your dashboard.
2. Click on Create Invite.
3. Enter the visitor's name and their expected arrival date/time.
4. (Optional) Specify if they are driving and provide their vehicle registration number.

Sharing the Invite

Once created, a secure Invite Link or QR Code will be generated. You can share this via:

• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Email

At the Gate

When your visitor arrives at the estate gate:

1. They present the QR code to the security guard.
2. The guard scans the code using the EstateMate Guard App.
3. You will receive an instant notification that your guest has arrived and been granted entry.

Revoking Access

If your plans change, you can revoke an active invite at any time from your dashboard. Once revoked, the QR code will no longer grant entry.
