Account Setup

Getting started with EstateMate is quick and easy. Follow these steps to set up your account and get connected to your property.

1. Registration

To create a new account, visit our registration page and provide:

• Your full name
• A valid email address
• A strong password

Alternatively, you can sign in using your Google account for a faster experience.

2. Joining an Estate

Once your account is created, you will need to join an estate to access its features.

If you were invited

If a property manager or resident has invited you, check your email for an invitation link. Clicking this link will automatically connect your account to the property.

If you are joining manually

1. Search for your estate name in the "Join Estate" section.
2. Select your unit or apartment number.
3. Submit a request to join. A property manager will review and approve your request.

3. Completing your Profile

For security and communication purposes, we recommend adding:

• A profile picture
• Your primary phone number
• Emergency contact information (optional)
