Profile Management
Your profile is your identity on EstateMate. Keeping it up-to-date ensures you receive important alerts and that security personnel can verify your identity.
Updating Personal Info
You can update your name, phone number, and email address at any time from the Settings menu.
[!NOTE] Changing your primary email address will require you to verify the new email before it becomes active for login.
Security Settings
- Password: We recommend changing your password every few months.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For extra security, you can enable 2FA in your security settings.
Notification Preferences
EstateMate sends alerts for various activities, including:
- Visitor arrivals
- Billing reminders
- Community announcements
You can toggle notifications on or off for Email, SMS, and Push Notifications (Mobile App only) to suit your preference.
Privacy
Your personal information is only visible to authorized property managers and security personnel. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.
